The purpose of this website is for you to get to know us and our dog. 

 

My name is Nikoletta Toth - Nagy, I am the owner of the Kennel. My dog (Cali) "Cali from Comet Valley" became a member of our family in the summer of 2018 and she immediately moved our hearts. Since I specifically wanted a Border Collie dog, I talked to several breeders before choosing this breed. I was looking to acquire as much information as I could about their keeping and training in general, therefore Cali has become the chosen one.

 

Throughout the 4 years I got to know this type of breed really well. Among other things we attended obedience training, agility and prepared ourselves for the BH exam that we have passed successfully. Furthermore we participated in several exhibitions with great achievements. We have herded several times. The work ethic of these dogs is amazing. That's the reason why she needs a specific environment where she is able to receive both mental and physical stimulation. Border Collies need to manage their energy in a positive way. Even when I was expecting a baby, or even when I was too busy, rain or shine, she never could be left alone without a new task at hand.

 

Cali became my partner and my friend. As they say, she can read our smallest vibrations.

 

I would like prospective Border Collie owners to get to know this line of dog  through us. The breeder of Cali has always been kind enough to answer all my questions and give me advice about everything regarding the dog. What I can promise you is that we are going to be there for you every step of the way and offer all our support, just as the previous breeder did.

 

The puppies are given to the prospective owners after 8 weeks post birth with a proper health booklet, passport and a contract. Evidently the puppies are all vaccinated, dewormed, chipped and well socialized. 

 

We are only looking for serious people enquiring about the puppies who are well aware of the needs of the breed, perhaps owners with a sporty lifestyle (frisbee, agility, flyable, obedience). It would be nice if they would attend exhibitions and had some experience with herding.

 

Potential owners of the puppies with non breeding purposes are obligated to have their little ones neutered.
